Last family game night, Papa Bear, Big Sister Bear, and I were playing games in the kitchen and Brother Bear and Small Bear were playing on the floor in the attached family room. As we were playing I heard a new sound, sweet to my ears. Two little voices laughing uproariously as they truly played together for the first time without outside involvement. Usually they engage in parallel play or might giggle and reach for each other (or scratch each other or pull each others ears...you get the picture), but this time they were both grabbing and banging the same toy and laughing so sweetly! Of course as we all dashed in to see what was going on we kind of interrupted it, but here is a small taste for you to enjoy:
Brother Bear is also officially a crawler now. He's still army style crawling, but he can get where he wants now, albeit slowly. He also is able to get from his tummy to a sitting position now. Small Bear is working on her talking skills rather than movement. She is also much more interested in books than he is right now. She excitedly skootches closer and closer and watches and listens raptly until you finish. Then she tries to eat the book.

That is SO great! It had me giggling, too. Thanks for letting us hear them :) I'll need to share it with Cousin Bear in the morning. We get to see you soon! Yeah!
